VoiceFirst is a product of Notetech Software ("Notetech", "we", "us", or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains, in simple terms, what information we collect when you use the VoiceFirst website, web application, or mobile application, how we use it, and how we protect it.

VoiceFirst lets your team report issues by voice, photo, and video. We process this content only to deliver the service. Your company is responsible for making sure its staff are informed about, and permitted to submit, such content — we can guide you on simple ways to do this.
Everything your company and its users submit through VoiceFirst ("Customer Data") belongs to your company and remains under your control. We process it only to deliver the service under your agreement with us.
We do not sell your data. Ever.
We share information only where needed to run the service: with the authorized users in your own organization, with our team members who support you, with trusted providers such as cloud hosting and payment services, and with government authorities where the law requires it.
We use established third-party providers for cloud infrastructure, hosting, security, and payments, under contracts that require them to protect your information. You can contact us for details of the providers relevant to your account.
Your data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure. If it is ever stored or processed outside India, we take the safeguards required by applicable data protection law. If your business has specific data residency needs, talk to us — we are happy to discuss options.
We keep information only as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal and accounting requirements, and maintain security records. Customer Data is retained or deleted as per your agreement with us. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or anonymize it securely.
